Makaton is the UK's leading language programme for adults and children with learning or communication difficulties, it is also used by everyone who shares their lives. Makaton uses speech, signs and symbols to help all kinds of people including those living with Autism, Down's Syndrome, Dementia and people with English as an Additional Language.

🌟 Exciting News for Something Special Fans! 🌟

A brand-new series of Something Special: We're All Friends is launching on Monday 13th January, and it’s packed with exciting changes!

Joining the much-loved Mr Tumble and Justin Fletcher are two incredible new presenters – Maddie Moate and Ben Cajee! Plus, the brilliant George Webster will feature throughout the series, bringing even more fun!

Each episode will start with Mr Tumble sending his Spotty Bag to Justin, Maddie, or Ben. Together with some amazing children, they’ll uncover special clues, learn new Makaton signs, and have lots of fun exploring and playing.
