The focus for February is on the topic of Mental Health.

They aim to give families a clear introduction to health and well-being, with links to useful websites, helplines, and further sources of support.

They have included a Community Noticeboard section to highlight local events.

We are once again requesting your help in collecting good quality second hand clothes and shoes for the Rags2Riches4Schools campaign.

Money raised from the collection will help raise important funds for our PTA, Friends of Parkland.

If you are able to donate, can we please request that you bring your items to the school office during the week of 9th February. Items will be collected by Rags2Riches on the Friday morning.

Please be advised that Parkland Primary School will be open as normal today.

We expect our pupils to make all reasonable efforts to attend school.

Please do take extra care when travelling and/or walking and allow additional time if possible to get to school. We would advise that all children wrap up warm and we would suggest wearing wellies or sensible gripping footwear. Please bring a change of shoes for inside school.

We will monitor the weather conditions throughout the day and update parents and carers as soon as possible regarding any updates or changes.
