Tomorrow, Colby White completes a full sweep. 100% appearances, 100% starts.

In modern football, that barely happens. Injuries, work, life… Something always pulls lads away. Not Colby.

He stepped up when the group needed a leader, took responsibility, and set the standard - not with words, but with actions.

An all-action midfielder who impacts everything…

Relentless engine.
Dragging standards up and bringing others with him, all while managing a knee injury picked up in pre-season.

Thats not just commitment, that’s character.
That’s someone choosing to show up, again and again, no matter the outcome.

A stalwart. A talisman. A kind of player every side needs but very few have.

More than just a pleasure to have in the squad, he’s one of the pillars to it.

Ever-present. Ever-reliable. Non-negotiable.

Tomorrow will be Nelson Matope’s 50th appearance for Thurnby.

Nelson has gone from strength to strength, and has become and integral and instrumental part of team.

It is often said that you realise how valuable a player is when he isn’t playing, and that could be said for Nelson.

A fitting way to end the season with your 50th appearance. Congratulations for tomorrow!
