Do you ever find yourself when training, that you’re just going through the movement and not really feeling the muscle contract ?
Mind muscle connection - it’s something I use to get the most out of my training.
Closing my eyes allows me to detach from my surroundings/distractions and this really helps me focus and visualise (especially with the back muscles) the body part I’m training and pay 100% attention in getting muscle contraction and not just going through the movement!

I’ve been on the lookout for a vegan 🌱 friendly pre workout with natural ingredients and I was so glad that I have come across this one. The taste comes from its natural ingredients and there’s no artificial sweeteners or flavours added... but I’ll save the rest of the pros and cons for later.....
