As we look back on another wonderful academic year, we'd like to wish all of our families a fabulous summer! ☀️

It's been a fantastic year, and we've loved watching the children learn, grow, and make lasting memories.

To our Year 6 leavers, we wish you the very best as you begin your exciting journey to secondary school. We are so proud of you and know you'll do amazing things.

Have a safe, happy, and relaxing summer. We can't wait to welcome everyone back on 26th August, and we're especially excited to meet our new EYFS children as they begin their journey with us!

✨ Dance Club Performance ✨

We were delighted to welcome back one of our former pupils, who is a member of Moving Together Youth Dance Company and is currently working towards her Gold Arts Award. 🌟

She delivered a fantastic dance club for our Year 3–5 pupils, which culminated in a wonderful performance for parents and staff.

The children did an amazing job learning the routine in such a short space of time and demonstrated incredible courage, confidence, and enthusiasm throughout. 💃

We are so proud of all involved and grateful for this inspiring opportunity!

🐝 Mini Beasts🐞

This morning in Preschool we have been learning all about mini beasts 🐛

The children made play dough bees and explored different materials and textures to create their features.

We had lots of fun getting creative while developing our fine motor skills and learning more about the wonderful world of insects! 🐝

Update on how we Celebrated Sir David Attenborough Birthday!

On Friday our whole school came together to celebrate the incredible life and work of Sir David Attenborough and his passion for protecting our planet.

🌿 Pre-school, Foot steps, Early Years and Year 1 enjoyed a nature walk, helping them explore and understand the world around them.
🐦 Year 2 created bird feeders and placed them around the school grounds.
🧹 Year 3 took part in litter picking, learning how to care for our local environment.
🌼 Year 4 planned and designed a wildflower garden to support insects and wildlife.
🐞 Year 5 built a bug house, creating a safe home for minibeasts.

All of these activities helped our children learn how small actions can make a big difference to the environment. We are so proud of their enthusiasm, teamwork, and care for the natural world!
