Thank you to the Barwell & Earl Shilton Lions Club for coming to visit Year 3/4 today. The children are very excited to start creating an invention that will improve the world for the ROAR competition this term. We can't wait to see what they create!

In science, for our topic on forces, Year 5 were looking at the relationship between mass, weight and gravity. They used a Newton meter to record their measurements on a variety of
objects and had the chance to look at the conversion of mass and weight. They also looked at famous scientists who have worked on the theories of gravity.

Thank you to Leicestershire Music Service for performing in assembly. The children really enjoyed listening to the songs and learning about the instruments.
