We have had a great first week back at Thythorn! The race for the winning house has begun with Attenborough on 147 points, Lineker on 130 points, Townsend on 140 points and Wan house on 102 points. Can you be a resilience ranger this month and earn more house points?

On Friday we waved goodbye and happy retirement to Mr Kinally! You may have spotted our new premises officer on the gate this morning. Say hello to Mr Barker (Mr B) tomorrow morning on the gate.

Our children enjoyed their annual duck hunt this afternoon in the ☀️! This year saw the greatest duck hunters take a glow in the dark duck home too! All children have some ducks to name and enjoy over the holidays!
We wish our whole school community a happy, safe and restful break. We welcome our children back to school on Monday 24th August.

Our football team have had a fantastic season! Oadby and Wigston tournament winners, county champions, regional semi finalists (narrowly losing the final 4-3) and only losing 2 games all year! A great achievement for a small school.
