In F1 we have designed and made our own dinosaurs. We had one with spikes and one with spots. They were amazing!

We’re filming a little promo video for Armadillo Toys and we’d love some of our lovely customers to be part of it.

We’re looking for children of all ages (and grown ups too!) to appear in a few short clips around the shop, including:
🛍 Buying something at the till
💬 Chatting to us
🧸 Asking for toy advice
🎈 Browsing and enjoying the shop

No acting experience needed at all, just friendly faces who love visiting Armadillo.

If you or your children would be happy to take part, just turn up tomorrow afternoon between 1pm and 2pm.

Years 4 and 5 had a wonderful afternoon learning all about story writing with the fascinating author Sophie Anderson. She talked to us all about her work as an author and introduced us to her new book The House with Chicken Legs Runs Away! A big thank you to The Little Bookshops for arranging this for us 😊

In F1 we planned and made a pen for chicks. We thought about the height of our pen and how big it needed to be! Then we did some amazing building!

We have a new , very keen member of staff today . She (we think) has been with us since 8:30 this morning and is very friendly. We keep escorting her out of the building to somewhere safe but she keeps coming back in through a different way each time . Does anyone know who she belongs to so we can safely return her ? She’s got a collar - black with silver stars and a silver bell.

Year 4 have been out and about in the local area investigating how accessible Fairtrade products (and alternatives like rainforest alliance) are in the local area!

A big thank you to everyone in the local community who got involved - with a big shout out to Greggs and Aldi who were super accommodating - the children were sharing lots of facts with each other afterwards!
