Ones budget should be seriously taken in to account before going house hunting. But DO NOT forget to include bills in your calculations. If you cannot be bothered to organise payment arrangements for bills, many agencies do all-inclusive packages (water, electric, gas, broadband) for about £15. For those on a budget there is a four bed cracker from Deu Estates located in Hyde Park. This would only come to £70 PPPW INCLUDING bills.
