2016, I was into my first school year as an Art teacher at a secondary school in North Yorkshire, I had my first prom as a teacher, met some wonderful teachers and friends and, by the looks of it, went on every single school trip going!

It's been lovely welcoming back my students this week and getting back to lots of learning.

My favourite fact that I have learnt this week is that when swimmer Lynne Cox swam from the USA to USSR she asked for a 'babushka' a warm headscarf and in a language mix up they brought her a grandmother! 👵🏼

A perfect way to end the Christmas break ❄️✨🧤
