Give this workout a go! 💪
In 3 Minutes complete As Many Rounds As Possible
(AMRAP) of:
3x Power Cleans
6x Press Ups
9x Air Squats
At the end of 3 minutes have 1 minute rest, then repeat for a total of 5 rounds! 🥵
If you don't have a barbell you can use a Kettlebell or Dumbbells as seen at the end of the video, or do pull ups or burpees for a completely bodyweight workout! 👌
