Although menopause is a transition physically experienced by women, as men, you are along for the ride!

I firmly believe that raising awareness and open conversation with men, is an essential component in helping make the ride as smooth as possible.

Part of my mission, is to create more spaces where men can talk openly about menopause, so they can offer compassion and support in the best possible way to support the women they love, whilst also supporting themselves.

Remember men: Menopause is not a choice for a women, but how we embrace it together can be!

My mission is to continue to raise awareness and understanding around this crucial transition in a woman's life. It is my belief that by empowering ourselves and others, we can ensure ALL women are getting the compassion and care they deserve, in order to make this time as smooth as possible.

Really enjoyed delivering a ‘Making Peace with Menopause’ workshop this morning to a group of lovely parent carers. Reading words such as ‘empowering’ ‘positive’ and ‘informative’ on the feedback form makes me grateful to do the work I do.
