Children are a prime example of this. "Be quiet. Calm down. Focus. Shush. Stop crying. You're okay..."

You name it. You heard it.

It's all bu****it. We all need to be given the space to process. When children get upset - listen carefully... - THERE IS ALWAYS A REASON.

Always.

The fact that you think it's "random" simply means that you're both not present and not curious.

Open your mind to their minds and you will see how much suppression you've been pushing onto them.

So, for once, you should "focus". ;)

**ANNOUNCEMENT**

The Leeds Music Academy is changing names and we will now become Music Lab.

Like everything in life, we too grow, we evolve and mature. This process often requires a change in identities so we more accurately represent ourselves.

It all started with the Leeds Drum Academy back in 2015. This "label" served us for two years but in 2017 we became an "all-instruments" music academy so we adapted.

Now, in 2020, after a lot of research and thought, we decided to expand and open more locations. As we don't intend to stop in Leeds, it is time for another name change and here we are.

Music Lab... teaching music the right way.
