The first coaching day of 2025 brings some news! Over the past four years, both I and my PT business have grown and developed. Last year I felt that CE-Fit no longer reflected me or the business.

We moved Matt’s program from weightlifting to strength building focusing on pull and pressing movements, in particular strict press, deadlift and bench.

After 12 weeks Matt has hit an amazing three personal bests, what an achievement.

We not only improved Dave's form and corrected his existing imbalances but he’s also smashed it and shed a significant 5kg through sensible and attainable adjustments to his diet, combined with increased physical activity.

His second focus has been on hypertrophy and gaining strength, with a high protein intake this has been possible along side his weight loss journey.

All 1-2-1 clients receive personalised programming along side there sessions at no extra cost, these sessions are pivotal to ensure you achieve your goals.

BMI is such an outdated measure of health and fitness. For many of us that weight train we often fall into the wrong category. Sometimes it's better to track by other methods such as photos, body measurements or simply by how you feel.
