Meet Sully 🐢🥰 he is a nine year old Sulcarta Tortoise that will live to one hundred years old and grow to around two feet wide. Sully loves to eat Dandelions and enjoyed his visit to our Pre School garden. The children carefully felt Sully’s shell which prompted lots of discussion about how it felt. We are very much looking forward to seeing him again soon!

A few trips to the Tarn this half term to further develop our understanding of life cycles and growing. We saw the fluffy ducklings, the beautiful Swan families looking after their eggs and lots of other wildlife flowers and plants 🌸 🦆☀️ no visit to the Tarn is complete without a little trip to the park 🛝

A little late to post, but how beautiful are our Valentine hearts. Fresh flowers, herbs, pumpkin seeds and twine. The children couldn’t wait to show them off ❤️ a lot of skill went into threading the twine through the holes in the card.and criss crossing it over the flowers and herbs to hold them in place.,❤️

Thankyou so much for our invitation to the secret garden. The children had a wonderful time exploring this magical place. They really enjoyed the bus ride there and back as well. We can’t wait to visit you again. The Secret Garden Rawdon https://g.co/kgs/1Kypi99

One of our lovely families brought their caterpillars into preschool today, we are going to watch their growth over the next few weeks .🦋
