RISE WeekendSchool will be closed for half term on Saturday, 2nd November 2024. Classes will resume on Saturday, 9th November Insha Allah .

Assalam o alikum

We will be running end of year assessments in the next two weeks. The feedback with quiz scores will be given to children on *20th July 2024 which be the last day of school* before summer holidays.

We also invite parents to attend *parents evening on 20th July between 12-2pm*. Teachers will be sending in a paper slip next week mentioning the time for each parent to come in.

School will then re open Insha Allah after holidays on *7th September 2024*.

We hope you all enjoy your time with your families during the summer break.

RISE Weekend School Raising Inspiring Leaders Striving for Excellence

Our arabic teacher is working hard with kids to help them develop a basic understanding of the beautiful language. Shes using various rescources to instill the love of Arabic learning in children.

We organised a Hajj workshop last Saturday and discussed about importance of the 10 blessed days of Dhul -Hajj, Hajj and its rituals- the 5th pillar of Islam.

Children made some beautiful crafts, did some activity sheets, revised their knowledge with a Quiz followed by narration of stories of Hajj from the past.

We are closed next Saturday on 15th June due to Eid and will re open Insha Allah on 22nd June.

RISE weekend school will be closed for half term next Saturday, 1st JUNE 2024 . Classes will resume on 8th JUNE 2024 Insha Allah.

On Saturday, children had a great time at the Eid party organised by RISE weekend School. They enjoyed the delicious food, quizes, games and had fun with their friends.

Thank you to everyone who helped in organising the eid party.

Our students at RISE designed Eid Cards for the children and staff at Great Ormond Street Hospital. We posted it out to them and they were delighted to recieve them.

We celebrated world book day in March this year. Children were giving dedicated time to go through some the books we have collected over the years. our dream is to build a islamic book library for children at the Lingfield centre. one day Insha Allah!
