Reserve your spot in this exclusive Chocolate-themed macaron masterclass with The REAL MACARON COMPANY and master the art of macaronage this autumn!

This enjoyable and educational class focuses on macarons and chocolate - what could be better!

Like all classes offered by THE REAL MACARON COMPANY, this session includes a comprehensive demonstration and an interactive workshop, enabling participants to create their own tasty chocolate macarons. A special feature of this class is the opportunity to create three distinct chocolate fillings for your macarons.

As well as chocolate-flavoured macaron shells, Gaye will show you how to make three gorgeous fillings to compliment your perfectly fudgy chocolate macaron shells:

*Dark chocolate ganache combined with caramel (Millionaire's Macaron)

*Whipped white chocolate ganache infused with brandy

*Chocolate orange buttercream paired with homemade orange curd

The class will be held in Gaye's spacious home kitchen in Lee on the Solent. Refreshments and macarons will be served, and there will be plenty of time to discuss the intricacies of macaron making.

Class sizes are small ( maximum of 4) ensuring that everyone receives lots of 1-2-1 attention so please book soon to avoid disappointment.

I know it's only August and the children are still on holiday BUT when it comes to making the perfect macaron, it's never too early to think about Christmas!!

Book your place on this extra special macaron masterclass with The REAL MACARON COMPANY and perfect the art of macaronage in time for Christmas!

This fun and informative Christmas-themed class combines a detailed demonstration and a hands-on workshop, allowing all participants to make their own batch of delicious pistachio macaron shells of four different sizes, as well as an unctuous whipped white chocolate pistachio ganache before creating and decorating super cute macaron Christmas trees!

While learning how to make pistachio macarons, - using real pistachio nuts - you will learn how to make pistachio butter/paste and super smooth whipped white chocolate ganache. To further enhance these scrumptious Christmas treats there will be the option to add a tiny touch of tangy raspberry jam. Everything you bake - and don't eat! - is yours to take home and share!

Class sizes are small (maximum of 4) ensuring that everyone receives lots of 1-2-1 attention so please book soon to avoid disappointment. This class is suitable for all, regardless of previous baking experience. Young people over 12 years old are welcome with an accompanying adult.
