Your Role

As a Room Leader, you will:

Plan and deliver activities that meet children’s developmental needs
Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards
Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children’s development
Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships
Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning
Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies

About You

We’re looking for someone with:
Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care

As Nursery Chef, you will:

Plan and prepare healthy, nutritious meals for children of all ages.
Manage allergies and dietary needs, communicating daily with staff.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
Order supplies, manage inventory, and track records in line with regulations.
Work closely with nursery leadership to support the daily running of the setting.
Demonstrate flexibility and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

About You

Essential:

1+ year of experience in food preparation and cooking.
Ability to achieve Level 2 Food Safety Award (or above) within 90 days of hire.
Good written and spoken English (GCSE or equivalent).
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergy management.

Desirable:

Previous experience working in a nursery, school, or care setting.
Strong organisational skills and a proactive, team-focused approach.

This month, our little learners will explore the exciting world of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM) as they strengthen their problem-solving skills and build cognitive development. 💡🎨🔬

Two Plus Toucan, our resident mathematician and problem solver, will lead the way, helping our little ones discover just how the world around them works!
