Huge congratulations to our customer, Hazel of Aister 'oo' for recently winning 1st Prize at Cunningsburgh & District Agricultural Show for her hand-knitted 2-ply shawl made with Aister ‘oo’ yarn that we spun from superfine, award-winning 100% Shetland fibre from hand-sheared, single-origin lambs born on her croft.

Hazel said: "We are delighted with the exceptional service we receive from everyone at NFC! No request is too much trouble for the team! The finished product shows that the team recognise and respect the hard work we put into our raising and traditionally hand-shearing our flock. This in turn shows their dedication to making our wool an award winning product!"

A big thank you to the ladies of St Neot and District WI and group organiser, Nic, who visited us this week for a guided tour of our mill. We hope you all enjoyed your visit as much as we enjoyed hosting it.
