Nick Walmsley (Deputy Director of Ripley ITT) has written a great piece for NASBTT, The National Association of School-Based Teacher Trainers on how Ripley ITT prepare trainee teachers for the emotional demands of teaching.

Thanks also to Hollie Gibson, a recent Ripley ITT graduate who discusses in the article her personal experiences on the programme.
