We’re recruiting facilitators!

Exchange Teaching Hub is looking for passionate teachers and leaders to join our facilitation team across both ECT and NPQ programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity to support colleagues at different stages of their careers, from early career teachers through to experienced leaders, while developing your own facilitation skills. Full training and support are provided.

We are recruiting for:

🔹NPQ programmes (specialist and leadership)

Update on National Professional Qualifications for 2026-27 📢

The DfE has announced that NPQ Cohort 10 will begin in Autumn 2026 with one intake only. The following NPQs will be FULLY FUNDED:
🔹NPQ Senior Leadership
🔹NPQ Early Years Leadership
🔹NPQ Headship
🔹NPQ SENCO
