Everyone knows I use social media as a little diary & I wanted to share something personal and different to all my sunshine & rainbows of health and fitness..๐Ÿ™ˆ Jaydyne Overton

Some of you may know I have a heart condition. I was born with this congenital heart defect. I have vasovagal syncope, which is basically reoccurring faints. These have caused lots of injuries, scares, broken bones and blackouts since the age of 13 when it all began. Back in March I suffered my first seizure. What is to be believed as a cardiac seizure, since March I have had 3 more at random times of the day with no warning, my last one was just over a week ago, at 5am, after getting up for the toilet, I hit my head & had to ask my 3 year old for help. The fear is now real not just for myself, but for my poor little girl having to deal with the affects of โ€œmummyโ€™s poorly heartโ€. โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉน

After again being taken to hospital they seem to think their maybe some electrical issues with my heart alongside its physical defect. And this past weekend I took the next step; the next step of this long winded journey. My own health journey has never been simple but this has never stopped me & I feel super positive that this will be the step in the right direction although this wonโ€™t fix the issue, it will help is work out what we need to do next & I can continue this beautiful life as normal as possible, we are all strong in our own ways and although Iโ€™m no longer bikini champ & pressing 300kg I am focusing on health & fitness in a different way for myself and my future ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Health at an all time low for myself at the moment..๐Ÿ™ƒ

Iโ€™m two weeks away from a minor heart procedure, Iโ€™m physically drained from faints, seizures, medications and my immune system crashing. Iโ€™m mentally drained from the toll itโ€™s taken; while trying to resume normal life as a working parent who is moving, renovating and planning a wedding. ๐Ÿ˜‚

however this week Iโ€™ve managed to get a workout in and noticed I still have some muscle. Itโ€™s not all gone. Yippee. Doing a workout at this point is for my mind, for a little serotonin, movement to make my body happy - nothing serious till Iโ€™m back to full fitness and raring to go. ๐Ÿ’š

The next few weeks will be all about my implant, rest, recovery, good food, supplements & lots of sleep. Time to start my road to a healthier me once again the comeback is always bigger than the setback. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป
