Our season is in action and we’re bringing out the best in our pupils 🎾
Lilly has been working super hard on her serve today.
We try to think outside the box to bring improvements to our players in a fun and innovative way.
Here Lilly is working on her ball toss. Placing it in the hitting zone consistently while maintaining a smooth take back on the serve.
Serving is a complex action involving lots of different body parts and movements that all have to work in sync for the perfect shot and to transfer the body’s energy efficiently.
This exercise helps as Lily also loves netball. So what’s better than a hanging plant pot to shoot some ball tosses into. 🏐
Combining 2 of our pupils favourite sports in one unique challenge that brings out the best in her serve.
Lilly did amazing today pushing her opponent to 3 sets and nearly winning her first club match on her debut for Wrea green tennis club 🦆 🎾 🟢

We’re pleased to let everyone know our 6 free sessions included with the membership is back this year. 😊
Our Saturday sessions starting 11th April will include 6 consecutive funded sessions 🎾
Our mid week Tuesday program and Saturday session also has a new additional age group.

We now have a “Ducklings” program aimed at 3-4s with specific exercises to develop physical literacy skills. creating a solid foundation that transfers to all sports. 🐥
