✨ Navigating the Beautiful Push and Pull of Growing Up ✨

Have you ever noticed that delightful, sometimes dizzying, dance your daughter does as she steps closer to independence? One moment, she's confidently telling you she's got it all handled, and the next, you catch a glimpse of that little girl who still needs a reassuring hug and a safe space to land.

It's such a vital stage, isn't it?

As they find their voice and their place in the world, girls truly flourish when they feel empowered to explore, make choices, and dream big – all while knowing there's a bedrock of unwavering support beneath them. It's about nurturing their self-belief and equipping them with inner resources, so they can navigate challenges with resilience and grace.

Our 'Girls Journeying Together' program is designed precisely for this moment. It offers a gentle, engaging space where girls aged 10-12 can explore their evolving identity, build confidence, and discover their inner strength alongside peers, all within a nurturing environment. It's about giving them tools for that independent journey, while reminding them they are deeply valued and supported.

They are ok and welcome exactly as they are.

Girls Journeying Together - Kingston upon Thames

We support 10 to 12 yo girls to gain the confidence and tools they need to navigate the changes this age brings with it.

It is not too late to join the group on session 1 on November 15th!!

Your daughter can come to try a session that is full of fun and giggles while she are making friends for life!

Girls Journeying Together groups guide girls on their transformative journey to womanhood entering their teens feeling self-assured and supported. We meet monthly for a year and the girls make friends for life.

It is a programme run by Rites for Girls, founded by Kim McCabe, author of the book "From Daughter to Woman", endorsed by Steve Biddulph.

We guide pr***en girls to:

Have good friends and to be a good friend
