Meet the newest member to our team Gerry Docherty
Gerry brings with him over 40 years of experience in education, spanning teaching, school leadership and system-wide improvement across international contexts. But what excites us most is not the breadth of his experience, it’s his deep commitment to humane, values-led education, his work integrating the Sustainable Development Goals through interdisciplinary, project-based learning and his belief in schools as places where young people can truly thrive.
“For me, it’s all about getting it right for the kids and we’re not at the moment. The system is well and truly broken. Working with Kimberley and Arunjay on what they’re putting together, I see massive potential. It’s the right way forward for our children. I’m really excited to be involved, and I’d love to see them get there.” — Gerry Docherty
