Movember 7th update
Yesterday was hard work but I managed through and got an early night which has led to me waking up nice and early. My son Oscar woke up and I just made him breakfast Bacon,eggs and toast and for the first time this month it didn’t bother me I’ve just jumped on the scales and I’ve lost just under 6kg since the 1st starting at 110.4kg I’m now 104.7.
I’ve got 23 days to go let’s hope I don’t waste away completely although I’ve got plenty of body fat left to burn.
My Moustache is looking on point now.

Movember 6th Update.
Total lack of energy this morning I stayed up to watch what was going on in the US last night so got very little sleep my stomach decided it was time to clean house and I couldn’t get warm!
Luckily it subsided by 12:00 because I have to teach Karate and coach rugby today so won’t finish activities until 20:00

Here’s a quick update on my Movember challenge I’m a few days into growing an extravagant moustache running and walking 100km and not eating food for 30 days.

I feeling surprisingly energetic which I can only put down to the extra sleep I’m getting no real visible body changes perhaps I can see a tiny bit more definition. I’m getting a few mental hunger cravings which I’ve managed to get through especially after Running 13.5km on the first and walking into my home to the smell of bacon then playing rugby in the evening Wasps FC which has the most amazing smash burgers in london.
Or on the 3rd when my Daughter Issy was making chocolate cookies.
This challenge is without a doubt mental for me I love food a bit to much sometimes physically I feel fine right now there’s no fatigue and I have good energy let’s hope it stays like that.
