So, what can we say about 2020. Yes it was a tough year and for me personally really tough not to see friends and family. 😢⁣
⁣
However, I am also really proud of 2020. I smashed all of my goals that I set last year and I am really pleased with that. 😀⁣
⁣
In February we opened our first gym Prima Fitness in Kingston upon Thames. It’s been a tough year with having to close 3 times due to lockdown. But we have built an amazing community and I love owning my own PT facility. 🏋🏻‍♀️ ⁣

In September we welcomed our daughter Francesca into the world. She is beautiful and we are so lucky to have her. 👶🏻 ⁣
⁣
In December I stepped in front of the camera in the best shape of my life for the dad Bod photoshoot. This was a big personal goal of mine and I am so pleased I managed to achieve this even with everything going on. 📸⁣
⁣
We have also managed to keep Prima Dance Academy running (and even growing) through a combination of zoom and face to face classes. The students have been amazing and over the last 3 years the school has gone from strength to strength. 🩰 ⁣
⁣
So a big year completed in some of the hardest and weirdest circumstances I have ever experienced. Keeping two business’ running, two kids under 2 and getting shredded. 👍🏻⁣

Bring on 2021 with another set of goals and challenges to get through. 🥂
