Christmas has arrived at the BHF shop in Kingston upon Thames! The GoodGym Kingston elves have worked hard to pack and stack all the festive items for the shoppers. Nothing like supporting a charity whilst buying presents and decorations

Visiting the Surplus to Supper Hub in New Malden was a real joy. It was wonderful to see firsthand how our efforts are supporting their mission to become a well-established food distribution hub. During our visit, we helped move food from the van, cleaned the refrigerator, unpacked crates, and restocked the pantry — all small but meaningful steps towards reducing food waste and supporting the local community.

We rolled up our sleeves and got moving with Refugee Action Kingston — shifting heavy tables, shelving units, sofas, and donations to give the space a fresh new look. Nothing like a good rearrange to bring a new perspective. Come join us for our next task on Tuesday evening

We cleaned bikes, tidied up, and broke down cardboard boxes for recycling — small jobs that help this fantastic charity keep doing what they do best.
Working as a team means we can fly through the to-do list and free them up to focus on their core mission. A total win-win! 💪❤️

We love to support initiatives that get us fit and This Girl Can is promoting safer spaces for women that want to exercise in the winter months. Let’s lift the curfew! This week we visited the YMCA Hawker Centre and helped clean out the soft play area. And we may have had quite a lot of fun doing it too. Come and join us on Tuesday evenings!

Clearing the edges of Elm Road playground should be straightforward - what about doing it in the dark? Challenge accepted! GoodGym Kingston cleared up leaves and litter in Elm Road playground and made a big difference to the families that use the play equipment.
