What would make you happy?

How about;
Being excited to train?
Understanding what you're getting out of it?
Not having to worry if you're eating right or wrong?
Knowing you can run for the bus and not be out of breath?
Being able to sit on the floor with your kid/niece/newphew etc. without being in pain when you get back up?

Yeah? Sick, Me too.

Don't get me wrong, we all have a way we want to look but can't that be the secondary goal? You don't have to sacrifice aesthetic goals to be functionally fit. As we get older, speed and power are some of the first things we lose, and the more time we spend being less mobile, the worse it gets over time.
It would be fu***ng great to have your ideal body but is it worth it if you can't get up and move around easily? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ
Adding in a few extra movements to your session won't 'kill your gainz' and it definitely won't affect your fat loss.

We only get one body, and I'd quite like mine to be able keep up with me through the years.

If you have any questions, drop me a message. I'd love to help you πŸ’ͺ
