✨ Sunrise club paddle ✨
Another beautiful start to our day with the SUP4 club members paddle this morning at sunrise.
Although cloudy we were lucky to see the sunrise peaking through with these beautiful colours.
Orla is one of our newest members joining late last year and paddles on a board, gliding into the sunrise this morning.
Have a wonderful Thursday all, and don’t allow anyone to get in the way of your feel good vibes for your weekend ahead. Switch off the news, it’s depressing, take a breather and pause to do the things that make you smile inside out. 😊

Sunrise SUP brings a sense of calm to the start of your day, it’s when wildlife are just waking up, the river is mostly calm, there’s less traffic or general noise around and it helps reset the mind ready for the day ahead.
The sunrise SUP session always comes with a brew afterwards on the Kingston riverbanks.
