Here I am being brave - sharing my ‘before and after’ photos! Maddy and I wouldn’t ask you to do anything we haven’t so … both of us have experienced the power of coaching for weight loss, body confidence and establishing a healthier and more intentional relationship with food. I followed our ‘eat in purpose’ coaching programme for 6 weeks. I discovered my limiting beliefs and unhelpful habits around food and was able to lose one stone with ease.
I’ve just posted a new blog ‘before and after’ on our website in which I talk about my initial resistance to seeing my semi naked form and how loving myself at every stage has made the goal so much more achievable!
