🔥 Students of Schools of Kung Fu by the IWKA joined Sifu Alan Paterson at the UK HQ for the Eternal Spring Standing Meditation Workshop.
They were sharpening their internal engine to enhance their Wing Chun Kung Fu. ⚡
From Edinburgh to Portsmouth, Kingston, and right here at HQ — students came together , worked hard on their personal cultivation , and had a fantastic time building their internal strength. 💪
