The view has changed but the intention has not: 'a healthy body is to a healthy mind, what water is to life.'
The tennis court is one of the wellness opportunities on site and another, different opportunity to learn, grow and share memorable moments.

Welcome to our kitchen garden. We have two edible gardens on site, this one is located directly behind the kitchen and we invite you to walk through the arches and enjoy the smell and the taste of nature's harvest.

Did you know that Four Acres has a sister property in Singapore !?
Officially opened on 28 June 2013 by Lee Hsien Loong, the Prime Minister of Singapore, and Paul Polman, CEO of Unilever, Four Acres Singapore is set in Nepal Park, which was developed by the British in the late 1930s to house army officers and their families.
In 2021 the site underwent a transformation from dedicated learning space to a mixed collaboration centre and the home of Unilever in Singapore. FOUR ACRES Learning retains a unique and distinct presence with two large learning rooms, 6 break out rooms, communal lounge and dedicated bar.
We are proud to host these two distinctive properties who are both serving our goal of being a place for purposeful transformation.

Four Acres has been cooperating with passionate local beekeepers from Kingston for almost 7 years. These beehives pictured below are located in the wild part of the bluebell woods, behind the wellness studio.
Recent studies show a dramatic decline in bee species across Europe and North America: when you consider that bees are responsible for pollinating 85% of cultivated crops it's vital that we nurture environments for them.
The honey produced is served to our guests at Four Acres and used within our kitchens.

It can just be as simple, as taking a walk through our beautiful gardens and soaking up the autumn atmosphere.
Sometimes these are the moments when the greatest conversations arise.

A recent study shows that Marmite could help all of us keep calm and fight stress. Research shows that high levels of vitamins in Marmite can quell anxiety by interfering with your brain chemistry. What do you think?
The marmite room at Four Acres is curated to inspire conversation. Mirroring the bold yellow and brown of the brand and featuring stand-up whiteboards its a room for discussion.

The Four Acres Estate is a fine example of Arts and Crafts in a mock Elizabethan Manor House and Gardens
The architectural style which developed from Arts and Crafts has at its heart five main principles: clarity of form or structure, variety of materials, asymmetry, traditional construction and craftsmanship.
One of the main tasks for our renovation project was to preserve and enhance these beautiful elements across the site.
