🌸 Forgetting Passwords Daily!
Please tell me I’m not the only one! 🤦♀️
No matter how many times it happens, my ADHD brain never seems to learn. I change a password, make a mental note to remember it, and then a few days later… I’ve completely forgotten it!
So what do I do? Reset it and create a new one. Then I forget that one too. Before I know it, I’m stuck in an endless cycle of password changes and account recoveries. 😅
Living with ADHD can sometimes mean battling the same frustrations over and over again, even when you know exactly what’s causing them!
Can anyone else relate? 💕✨

🧠 ADHD IS MORE Than Just Distraction and Hyperactivity! It is also NOT a CHOICE!
When many people think of ADHD, they picture someone who is easily distracted or constantly on the go. While those can be part of the experience, ADHD is often far more complex than the stereotypes suggest.
ADHD can involve:
💙 Attention that shifts unpredictably
💙 Difficulty starting tasks, even when motivation is there
💙 Focusing on less urgent tasks instead of priorities
💙 Time blindness and poor awareness of time passing
💙 Impulsive speaking or reacting
💙 Mental overload from processing too much at once
💙 Intense emotional sensitivity and overwhelm
💙 Exhaustion from trying to keep up with daily demands and pleasing others
For many people, ADHD isn’t about a lack of effort, motivation, or intelligence. It’s about how the brain processes information, manages attention, regulates emotions, and organises daily life.
The more we understand ADHD, the more we can replace judgement with compassion, understanding and support.
💙 ADHD is not a choice. Understanding is. Acceptance changes everything.

💕ADHD ANTHEM! 💕

🩷 It is not ADHD that is broken. It's often the systems around us l! 💙
Many people with ADHD spend years feeling like they need to change who they are to fit into environments that were never designed with neurodiversity in mind.
ADHD minds can be creative, innovative, passionate, resilient and full of potential. The challenge is not a lack of ability—it's often a lack of understanding, flexibility and support.
Instead of asking people with ADHD to fit the system, perhaps it's time we create systems that better support different ways of thinking, learning and thriving.
❤️ ADHD deserves the resources it needs for children, teens and adults to thrive
❤️ ADHD deserves better systems in schools and the work place
❤️ Every mind deserves the opportunity to succeed and ADHD should be inclusive and the stigma taken away
💕 This is me every day with my husband 😂💕
One thing I love about my ADHD is my sense of humour!
The more I understand my ADHD, the more I understand and appreciate the positive things about myself too. 💕
I am proud of who I am, and a label does not define me. 💕
ADHD is just one part of me—it doesn’t limit me, and it certainly doesn’t determine my worth. Learning about my ADHD has helped me embrace both my challenges and my strengths. 💖

🩷 ADHD does not define your limits. It shapes your strengths!💙
Living with ADHD can bring challenges, but it can also bring incredible creativity, resilience, passion, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think differently.
You are more than your struggles. You are more than a diagnosis.
Let's celebrate the unique strengths that come with ADHD and continue challenging the stigma together. ❤️
✨ Embrace our differences!
✨ Celebrate our strengths!
✨ Be proud of who you are!
Labels do not define us! 💕

🩷 More females are getting recognised and diagnosed with ADHD!
This is through education and awareness of how ADHD can present differently within both genders! 💙
For many years, ADHD has been viewed through a male lens, meaning countless girls/women have gone unnoticed, misunderstood, or diagnosed much later in life.
Girls/Women with ADHD may be less likely to show the stereotypical hyperactive behaviours people expect. Instead, they may struggle with inattention, organisation, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and masking their difficulties.
As awareness grows, more girls/women are finally being recognised, understood, and supported.
Every person regardless of gender deserves the opportunity to thrive. By understanding that ADHD can present differently in both genders we can help break down stigma, improve access to support, and change lives for the better.
💙 ADHD affects both males and females
🩷 Recognition leads to understanding.
💛 Understanding leads to support.

💙🩷 Boys vs Girls with ADHD 🩷💙
ADHD doesn’t always look the same.
Boys are often more likely to show outward signs such as hyperactivity and impulsivity, while girls may be more likely to internalise their struggles, leading to anxiety, low self-esteem, and missed diagnoses.
When we understand these differences of how ADHD can present in boys vs girls we can better support children, young people, and adults to thrive.
Education is the key to understanding ADHD! 💕
