I have had several messages lately asking if I am OK following a lack of posting on social media, firstly thanks to those who messaged me.

Truth is I have just been extremely busy & also had to contend with a COVID outbreak in the household. But I won’t use the excuse of ‘due to COVID’ I am sure we have all heard enough of that.

The property market is challenging for many right now, with demand still high at present.

I’m hoping to put together some content detailing how I have utilised the current strong market conditions to my benefit and also show that deals can still be had even whilst the market is so competitive.

Would that be of value???

Starting 2021 with an appearance on the front cover of YPN magazine.

Social media is a huge part of my property businesses. Great to be able to share my own experiences & it will hopefully provide some assistance to those whom read the article.

Feel privileged to be featured for a second time in YPN & pleasantly surprised to have made it onto the front cover of the January 2021 edition alongside some well known property investors.

It is an absolute privilege to be joining an exclusive select few individuals to have been twice featured in YPN Magazine.

The co-editor of the magazine believes the information I shared, will be of such value to the readers that he has written his longest ever article for YPN magazine.

To have a six full page feature is unbelievable, having been an avid reader of YPN myself for a number of years.

What a year 2020 has been though, One that I don't think any of us could have predicted, I suspect. I am sure one we will all be glad to see the back of 2020 & hopefully we can look forward to life returning to normal sometime soon.
