Another special visit to the care home with the children 🥰

We spent time colouring together, singing songs, and practicing our throwing and catching skills with the residents. It was such a lovely, relaxed atmosphere filled with smiles and laughter 🌻

These visits are so valuable for everyone involved. For the residents, it brings joy, companionship, and a sense of connection, often sparking memories and lifting their mood. For the children, it’s an opportunity to learn kindness, patience, and respect for older generations while building their confidence in social situations.

It’s always amazing to see how naturally these bonds form- the children gain so much from the attention and encouragement, and the residents truly light up in their company.

We’re already looking forward to our next visit 💛

Another busy, fun filled week 😍

We’ve loved our trip to the library, exploring the life cycle of frogs, and heading out on a woodland adventure where we built our own stick house. The children have also been creating beautiful artwork in their art journals and enjoying plenty of free play along the way!
