Who can remember working on the Aurora???

It's a year since we became a Living Wage accredited employer.

**We're absolutely delighted to have become an accredited Living Wage Employer!**

The real living wage is the only UK rate based on living costs. It is voluntarily paid by businesses like us, who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs - like the weekly shop, or an urgent trip to the dentist.

We now rank alongside big household names such as Nationwide, Google, Brewdog and Chelsea FC.

How does it compare?
The Minimum Wage (under 23) = £8.36 / The National Living Wage (over 23) = £8.91
THE REAL LIVING WAGE = £9.50

Even during the pandemic skills and training remained a top priority at Atlas.

Many of our team achieved new qualifications during this period and we took time to celebrate this and recognise their hard work.

CHARITY MATCH FUNDING
If you are planning on completing a charity event then speak to HR. Atlas would like to support one charity event per month.

**SUPPORTING OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY**

Kickstart programme has launched. This programme works with the local job centre to get people back into work following the pandemic.

SPOTLIGHT ON...
Our best selling lodge, the Lilac was given a fresh new look for 2022. With contemporary styling and a subtle colour scheme, the interior décor reflects current high street trends.

A welcome addition to the 20ft wide model is a study area with a generous workspace, shelving and a window adding plenty of natural light. The area also houses hanging space, a tall
cupboard and lift-up storage cubby.

Other new features include an open dressing space to the main bedroom and vertical wood panelling, used to create the headboards.

The sales of this unit continue to grow and with five different size options there is plenty of choice for the customer.
