Liz Reddish Kinesiology

Liz Reddish Kinesiology Is your health holding you back? Life is for thriving, not just surviving, so take action now!

I help you restore balance, manage stress, build resilience, and rediscover your vitality and purpose through 1-2-1’s, workshops, and training. The Well House was founded by Liz Reddish in 2016.

Having run a busy massage practice since 2004, her own health challenges eventually led her down the path of Kinesiology. Her initial scepticism was challenged by staggering results which led to her ne

ed to explore it further and try and understand how it worked.

Since embarking on the Touch For Health (TFH) Kinesiology course in 2013, Liz is now a fully qualified practitioner and instructor sharing the gift of this 'life-changing' therapy with clients, students and friends and family alike. Her own challenges, (having come from a very conventional healthcare background) with accepting a combination of western techniques with Chinese medicine and Tibetan Energy techniques helps her relate to those who would otherwise be sceptical or fearful.

Liz prides herself on her depth of knowledge and continued professional development to ensure she is able to offer an expansive, professional, supportive, and non-judgemental environment to facilitate positive change and promote health and wellbeing.

Her vision was to combine her knowledge and experience of both conventional and complimentary healthcare to bridge the gap for people, helping to break down barriers and scepticism about healthcare from different sides of 'the fence'.

The Well House products aim to reflect this, offering stylish, good quality and sustainable opportunities to support your health and wellbeing.

Working with all age groups and backgrounds presenting a wide spectrum of cases and conditions, Liz has the tools to help.

When the rain comes down outside, it’s the perfect time to create a little sunshine indoors 💛☀️

Preparing food for my family is one of my happy places. It’s an expression of love, nourishment, connection, and care. Taking time over food has always been at the heart of our family life.

Here’s something interesting to ponder: the act of chewing activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the part of our nervous system responsible for rest, digestion, repair, and restoration.

Understanding this helped me make sense of something I struggled with for many years. I would often find myself standing in front of the fridge, eating things I didn’t really want or need. It felt as though I only came back into awareness once the eating was over. Then, inevitably, the guilt and self-sabotage would follow.

Learning about the nervous system gave me a completely different perspective. It helped me see that what I thought was a lack of willpower was often my body seeking regulation, comfort, and safety.

With that understanding came compassion — for myself and for others. And compassion is where so much healing begins.

Now, I recognise that the trigger usually arrives long before the urge to eat. By supporting the emotion first, food becomes a conscious pleasure rather than a survival strategy. There’s space for enjoyment, nourishment, and choice.

If any part of this resonates with you, or if you recognise yourself in this story, please reach out. Sometimes a simple conversation can be the first step towards understanding your patterns with more compassion and less judgement. 💛

Your belief about your identity is running your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Consider it like a thermostat that keeps you from deviating from your primary setting.

To unlock your true potential, we first have to identify what the belief is that we hold for ourselves - an ego construct that is often set up in our childhood.

Once this is uncovered, we can start to dissolve this untruth and rewire the brain and nervous system for a different belief and outcome.

If this lights up something in you.. do share or get in touch to explore more.

Episode 23 - Energy for Life First Aid - Colour balance

Colour, like good, sounds, smells, emotions etc all have a frequency that interacts with our energies and we will notice that we can be drawn to some colours more than others.

In this balance, I demonstrate how for me in this moment, looking at the colour blue brings calm, release and softening in my body.

Have a look around you and notice what colour you are drawn to and give this balance a go.
