🎓Happy Graduation Day to all of our lovely school leavers.
From myself, and all of the staff, I would like to say a huge thank you for all of your incredibly kind gifts, our wonderful collection, and such touching words wrote in all of our cards. It genuinely means so much to us and we appreciate every single one of them.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your child’s learning journey. We are going to miss them all so much 💜

Last week we took some of the children to see our friends over at The Lodge care home.
We had such a wonderful time in their garden where we got to, sing, dance, pop bubbles, do crafts and play lots of games.
The residents were overjoyed to see the children and they all had so much fun together! We even got to enjoy an ice cream together as a special treat
We really do love our trips to visit them 🥰

Myself and Gemma had a visit to Birmingham on Friday, to attend the Nursery Management Show.
We had a full day listening to a range of different talks, and it was great to look around all of the stalls. We came back with some exciting new ideas, and as an extra bonus, got to watch 2 members of S Club7 sing live at the event. We can’t wait to feed it all back to the staff this week.

Laura and Linsay are currently undertaking an intensive “Maths Champions” course in order to add an extra focus on maths within our setting.
The programme aims to improve maths attainment of children by training a Maths Champion and Deputy Champion, in key mathematical concepts.
We have filled our “Concentration Station” with lots of interesting maths resources and the children are having so much fun exploring the area.

Delicious as they are, please be aware that mini eggs are not suitable for young children. They are just the right size to block their narrower airways – this can lead to a risk of choking and a child being unable to breathe.
