Summer term Flashback!

A beautiful sea of colour in the churchyard as we keep a 125-year-old school tradition alive! 🌸

Every year on July 15th, the children of Wilden All Saints CE Primary School gather to celebrate the birthday of Thomas Jones. Thomas was a local cowman who passed away in 1899 and surprised the village by leaving a large sum of savings to the school to fund treats and annual outings for the children.

His only request? That every year on his birthday, the children would visit his grave, sing a song, and leave him some flowers.

☀️ Summer Term Flashback! 🎭

We are still beaming with pride over our Year 6s and their spectacular production of 'Oliver!'. It was incredible to see so many children push past their comfort zones, discover new talents, and achieve things they never thought possible.

We are missing you all already, Year 6! But as we said at the end of term, remember...🎶 'You can go but be back soon!!' 🎶

Our Year 6 team had a great day competing in the Bell Boating Regatta at Stourport Boat Club! They showed incredible teamwork, gave 100% effort, and had a brilliant time out on the water.

☀️ What a splash-tastic day! 🌊

Year One had the most wonderful time on their school trip to the Cotswold Country Park and Beach! The sun was shining, and the smiles were even brighter.

Our little adventurers had an absolute blast:

💦 Splashing around and cooling off in the water.

🏰 Building magnificent sandcastles and digging in the sand on the beach.

👥 Making wonderful memories together outside the classroom.

A huge thank you to all of our amazing staff and parent volunteers who helped make the trip so special.

The Great Wilden Walk was a huge success! 🙌✨

We are so proud of all the families and superstar kids who did brilliantly on the walk today. It was such a lovely family event (And yes, the cakes and sweets at the church afterward were the perfect reward 🍰🍬).
