👟💛 Odd Shoe Day for The Leprosy Mission! 💛👟

Today, our school was full of odd shoes as we came together to raise money and awareness for those affected by leprosy!

Earlier this week, we were delighted to welcome Jonny from The Leprosy Mission Great Britain, who taught us all about leprosy, how it affects people and the importance of breaking the stigma surrounding it.

Today, we put our best (and most mismatched!) feet forward to show that being different is something to celebrate and that even the smallest actions can make a BIG difference! 🌍❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and donated to such an important cause. Together, we can help make a difference! 💛

📚✨ Happy World Book Day! ✨📚

Today our school has been celebrating the magic of reading and the wonderful stories that books bring to life! From fantastic costumes to sharing our favourite characters, the children and staff have had a brilliant day exploring the world of books. 🌍📖

🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🩷 Sponsored Run Success! 💚🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

On Friday 13th February, amazing pupils took part in a sponsored run in support of the Tuberous Sclerosis Association and to cheer on Mrs Kruger as she prepares for her Half Marathon! (She completed this today!)🏅👏

We did get rained off from the run BUT the children took part in an amazing fitness session led by Mr Cole.

We are absolutely blown away by the incredible generosity and determination shown by our children, families and community… 💚✨

🎉 Together, they raised an outstanding £6,620.06! 🎉

What an achievement! We are so proud of every single runner who laced up their trainers and gave it their all in the fitness session for such a wonderful cause. 🏃‍♀️💨🏃‍♂️
