Born Visual is a small, family run business providing Visual Learning and Supportive Resources, also known as ‘Visuals'. Our eldest was diagnosed with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Language Disorder and Acute Anxiety in 2007. Our second child was diagnosed with ADHD, Anxiety and Encopresis in 2013. We are waiting to see what surprises our youngest will bring! We have been using Visuals with our sons

for years now and and have found them to be a very successful method of supporting their learning and education both at home and within school. Visuals have helped their understanding and behaviour, and have also alleviated some of the anxiety that they feel on a daily basis. The boys are both visual learners with very different needs. Our eldest child has moderate learning difficulties and will struggle to find suitable employment when he finishes his education. We set this company up with him in mind, so that he may take it over when he finishes at school and college. It is not our aim for him to make lots of money. It is for him to cover his time and expenses and to give him the pride and self esteem he will need for a happy future.

Good Morning!
We are all facing hard times ahead, and I know how difficult things are at the best of times without the added stress and anxiety surrounding the outbreak of Covid-19. We’ve all got our children at home, and somehow we need to remain focused. I’m in the process of designing some new routines to try and help support our children during this time. I’ll post them on eBay and Etsy once I’ve finished, and I hope they prove to be helpful.
Whilst I was preparing myself for a huge decline in business, it seems that at the moment this is not the case. Because of this, I will unfortunately be limiting the amount of custom orders I do for the moment. My apologies for this.
Please be rest assured that, like you, my family and I are taking all the necessary precautions. We have vulnerable family members and are isolating as much as humanly possible. Our hands are raw with all the washing!
I thank you all for your continued support, and most importantly I wish you the very best for you and your families during this difficult time. Stay safe, well and happy

Hi, I'm finishing up my existing orders and then I will be taking some time off to spend with my children before they go back to school. I will be back to work on September 3rd, enjoy the rest of your summer and I hope the back -to- school transition goes well for you all :)
