A quick side job away from the current Refurb, a Kitchen floor that was nice as the natural colours in the real stone are fabulous but after it was in place it lost its shine to become very dull even after having some sealer put on so after knowing the customer would not be happy with the expected result we opted for a more pricier version that creates a wet look gloss that after a few coats did the trick, Stunning colours, great looking tiles and now also stain resistant.

Just goes to show that some products out there are not all equal, the second liquid tried was far superior and gave the desired look. We now have a very happy customer 😁

Our mate Alex from Abah Property Services https://www.facebook.com/share/1CmALnebtv/ came up to Peterborough yesterday to sort out the roof of the new Property, I filmed them from across the road to get a better view of them removing the old roof and today we have a brand new one so we are very pleased another phase is finished thanks to Alex and his blokes for getting up to us so fast, pics of work in the comments section.

On another note while working with Alex over the past couple of days he offered himself as an Investor for upcoming projects so not only do we have a trusted Roofer we now have a trusted Investor to join us 💪

A sneak peak of the Properties we are considering to interest some of our Investors into joining us near Peterborough and now Kent areas, all Investors decide the amount they want to invest there are no minimum Investments only guaranteed returns for them, we are very flexible with our Investors so if they choose to be hands off they can be but if they want to visit each project and review plans they are welcome to come visit us on every job.

A few pictures of the job moving along, Dodgy Plumbing, Dodgy Electrics and Dodgy Flooring including a hole under the Boiler that you could easily fit a person through straight down into the linen cupboard!

All will be put right, more updates to come for our current Investors and Potential Investors to see our upcoming projects.

Everything going well and falling into place, the Refurbs going well, we had Pre marketing Viewings already of the job, had Viewings ourselves of BTL properties that are of interest and then met a random couple that we started chatting to that turned out to be Potential Investors 😀
