✨ Bookings are officially OPEN! ✨
I’m so excited (and a little nervous!) to say that bookings are now open for my weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes.

This has been many months in the making, and it’s been a dream of mine for a long time.

I’ve created more than just a yoga class. I’ve created a calm, welcoming space where you can slow down, connect with yourself and your baby, prepare for birth, and get to know a small, friendly group of local mums-to-be.

These classes are intentionally small because I believe everyone deserves the chance to feel seen, supported and comfortable. I’m especially passionate about creating a space where introverted and neurodivergent women can feel at ease, particularly if the thought of joining a busy group feels a little overwhelming.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga, feeling a little anxious about joining a group, or simply looking for some time each week that’s just for you, I’d love to welcome you.

Alongside gentle pregnancy yoga, we’ll also explore breathing techniques, relaxation and practical birth preparation to help you approach birth with confidence.

📍 The Fitness Collab, Kidsgrove
🗓 Sundays from 13 September
⏰ 6:30-8:00pm

Suitable from approximately 14 weeks pregnant.

You can choose to book individual classes or save with a 6-Class Pass, depending on what works best for your pregnancy.

✨ Bookings are now open via the link in my bio.

Know someone who’s pregnant? I’d be so grateful if you shared this with them. It really helps small local businesses like mine reach the families who need them most. 🥰

Pregnancy is often a season of appointments, preparations and endless to-do lists. We rarely give ourselves permission to slow down.

This is your invitation to step away for a couple of hours and focus on yourself and your baby in the beautiful studio at The Fitness Collab, Kidsgrove.

Join us for a gentle Pregnancy Yoga class designed to ease tension, encourage relaxation and help you connect with your baby, before finishing with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath to leave you feeling calm and restored.

Whether you’ve practised yoga before or this is your very first class, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

This special event is ideal if you’re pregnant and looking for some peaceful time to yourself. We’re based in Kidsgrove, within easy reach of Congleton, Sandbach, Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding area.

We’d love to welcome you. 💛

I’m so excited to be collaborating with The Fitness Collab for this special morning of Pregnancy Yoga and Sound Bath 🥰

For the past few months I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on something I’ve been dreaming about for a long time... 💛

This September I’ll be launching Pregnancy Yoga classes in Kidsgrove, designed to help expectant mums slow down, connect with their babies, prepare for birth and find some calm amongst the busyness of pregnancy.

Before bookings officially open, I’d love to invite a small group of local mums-to-be to an exclusive preview class on ✨Sunday 26th July✨.

This will be a relaxed opportunity to experience the class before launch, and I’ll also be capturing some photos and video to help share these new classes with other local families. Photography and filming will take place during the session, but we’ll chat beforehand so everyone feels comfortable and knows what to expect.

If you’re currently pregnant and would enjoy an evening of gentle movement, relaxation and birth preparation, I’d love to hear from you.

✨ Complimentary
📍 The Fitness Collab, Kidsgrove
🗓 Sunday 26th July 6.30-8pm

If you’d like to come along, send me a message or join the Pregnancy Yoga waitlist via the link in my bio.

And if you know someone who’s expecting, I’d be so grateful if you shared this with them. 🤍

A little milestone I’m excited to share... 🥰
Earlier this year I completed my Pregnancy Yoga Teacher Training and I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes to bring Pregnancy Yoga to mums-to-be in Cheshire and North Staffs.

Supporting families through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood has always been part of my long-term vision for Your Birth Friend, so this feels like a really special next step.

Over the next couple of months I’ll be preparing for the launch of weekly Pregnancy Yoga classes at The Fitness Collab in Kidsgrove. If you’ve ever been to this studio, you will know why I’ve chosen it as my base for this. It’s beautiful, calm, peaceful and feminine, and I’m delighted to be collaborating with the lovely ladies that run this space.

If you’re pregnant, trying to conceive, or know someone who might be interested, I’d love for you to follow along as the journey unfolds. I have lots more to share with you so keep an eye out for updates 🥰

This is a question a lot of clients ask me, so I thought I’d share it here!

The simple answer is that I became the person I needed when I entered Motherhood. I knew nothing about slings and baby carriers back in 2020. I knew nothing about parenting and babies at all then! And as you probably know, there wasn’t much support available in that pandemic-lockdown-lovely year.

So when I had my second baby in 2024, I had full freedom and access to all sorts of support… but still no babywearing help. There were no sling libraries in my local area. So, I decided to learn, spent a full year studying and gaining specialist qualifications, and then launched my sling library.

I started up in Nantwich and then spread out to different areas I could travel to, where I knew people needed my guidance and specialist support.

A year later I had the incredible opportunity to take over and I’m so grateful for the journey I’ve been on and all the people that I’ve met along the way. Supporting mums, dads, newborn babies & new families is so incredibly fulfilling, and I can’t wait to share the additional plans I have coming up soon! 🥰

Have you started something unexpected or new while on maternity leave? I’d love to hear your stories too!

I wanted to share a little update, as I’ve been quieter than usual recently 🤍

The past few weeks have been quite challenging on a personal level, and I’ve had to take a step back to focus on my family and my own capacity.

If you’ve been waiting on a reply or support, thank you so much for your patience. I’m really aware that I haven’t been showing up in the way I normally would, and I truly appreciate your understanding.

I care so deeply about the support I offer, and about each of you who trusts me during such important stages of your lives. Right now, I’m still here, just moving a little more gently and slowly than usual.

If you’re also going through a hard season, please know you’re not alone in that. Life isn’t always linear, and sometimes we all need to pause, regroup, and be looked after too.

Thank you for being here 🤍
