We're recruiting for September! We're looking for a Level 3 Early Years Educator to work with us, 5 days per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only).
If you're an enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated Early Years professional who'd like to join our nurturing, independent, family run nursery/pre-school in Isleworth, we'd like to hear from you. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our 1 year old to 4 year old learners, planning engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework, and helping them develop in a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities: Support the care and development of children, acting as a key person for a small group. Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities that support all areas of the EYFS. Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, preparing reports for parents and senior staff. Foster strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers. Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and child safeguarding.
Requirements: Minimum of a full and relevant Early Years Educator qualification (CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent). Solid understanding of the EYFS. Proven experience working in a nursery, preschool, or EYFS school setting. Excellent communication, patience, and a genuine passion for early childhood development. A love of the outdoors as we have an amazing Forest School!
