What a wonderful sea of yellow at Spring Grove on Friday! 🌟💛

Our children looked amazing as they dressed in yellow to raise money and awareness for YoungMinds and children’s mental health. 💛

Thank you to everyone who took part and helped us spread the message that every young mind matters. 🫶

💛 Hello Yellow Day! 💛

On Friday, we wore yellow to show our support for YoungMinds’ campaign, raising awareness of children and young people’s mental health. 🌟

We came together to remind our children that it’s okay to talk about their feelings, that their voices matter, and that they are never alone. 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped brighten our school with a splash of yellow! ☀️

📚✨ Author Display Alert: Day 4! ✨📚

Wow! 🤩 Year Three have absolutely knocked it out of the park with their AMAZING Michael Rosen display! 🎨👏

Michael Rosen isn't just any author – he's a poetry legend, a storyteller extraordinaire, and someone who's made MILLIONS of children giggle, gasp and fall head-over-heels in love with words! 💫📖

Here's a fun fact: Michael was the Children's Laureate from 2007-2009, and he's written over 140 books! 🎭 From silly poems about missing socks to heartwarming stories about families, his writing is full of rhythm, humour and real-life moments we can all relate to.

His poems are PERFECT for reading aloud (try not to smile – we dare you! 😄) and his stories have this magical way of making even the most reluctant readers want to pick up a book!

Over to you, Spring Grove families! 🌟 Can you guess which Michael Rosen book features a family going on a BIG adventure? Here's a clue: they go through swishy swashy grass, a deep cold river, thick oozy mud, a big dark forest AND a whirling swirling snowstorm! ❄️🌾💦

Drop your guesses below! 👇

A HUGE well done to Year Three for creating such a vibrant, creative display – you've done Michael proud! 🌈💚

Who's excited for tomorrow's author reveal? 👀✨
