Kelvin TOP-SET is proud to be a finalist in the Apprentice of the Year category at this year's Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
Huge congratulations to Luca Togneri, part of our IT team, for making it to the final.
Kelvin TOP-SET has trained over 50,000 investigators in thousands of world-leading companies across over 100 countries, and the systems and infrastructure Luca works on sit behind that reach.
Luca is currently studying towards an SCQF Level 8 in Software Development, equivalent to two years at university, with a BSc in Software Engineering to follow. His work supports the tools our team relies on to deliver training and investigation support to clients around the world, and to help them learn from incidents and prevent reoccurrence. As we look to where the organisation is heading next, that contribution to our future infrastructure is not one to underplay.
Getting to the final is very much a team effort. Luca has had support from colleagues across Kelvin TOP-SET along the way, and everyone has learned something from watching him grow into the role.
On 25 August, Luca will give a presentation on his apprenticeship to the judging panel at Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce, and we're behind him all the way - wishing him the best of luck!
Whatever happens next, reaching the final is something Luca and the whole Kelvin TOP-SET team can be proud of.
