Outlook Top Tip - Search folders

If you’re repeatedly searching the same thing (e.g., “emails from X”, “invoices”, “bookings”)… stop re-searching. Use a Search Folder.

How:
In Outlook, right-click Search Folders
Choose a template (Unread, Mail from specific people, etc.)
Or create a custom one with your criteria
It’s like a live filter that updates automatically.

If people keep calling when you’re deep in focus time… set a Status Message.

How:
Click your profile in Teams
Set Status message
Add what you’re doing + when you’ll reply
Choose how long it stays on
