Calming The Soul: Holistic Offerings

These sessions are designed to support your emotional well-being, restore balance to the nervous system, and create space for deep rest and reconnection. All treatments are intuitively led, and when needed, spirit connection or messages may naturally come through to support your healing.

🌀 Relaxation Energy Flow Therapy
A calming, Reiki-based treatment combining intuitive energy work. This session supports physical relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. Spiritual insight may come through if it aligns with your energy in the moment.

🔹 Divine Direction Session
An intuitive session using angel cards to explore key areas of your life such as purpose, relationships, or clarity in decision-making. Guided by your intention, and open to messages from spirit when they’re needed most.

🌿 Inner Calm Therapy
A one-to-one guided meditation combining breathwork, visualisation, and intuitive guidance to ease anxiety and bring balance to mind and body. Spirit may gently communicate during these sessions, offering reassurance and insight as part of the process.

Wishing on the universe... Have you tried it?

My view on the subject is I'm 100‰ for it. I don't know if its science if it's some kind of magnetic energy but either way by wishing on the universe ive often gotten what I desire.

I wished for my soul mate within 3 months he was delivered.

I wish all the time, for little things and big and often they come true. Even Noal Edmunds got into it.

Now we could question is this because of the energy we give out?or is this because we are focused on that wish/goal that we make it come true. Either way I'm a total fan and that's because I had validation. For those that have never tried most of their lives are a bit of a pickle. Once you know what will make you happy and the goals you wish to aim for, gives you a whole new purpose.

Seeing things from a different prospective....

The prospective card has been showing for me recently. I find this one of the hardest cards in the pack to get answers .

It shows an angel looking over the world but upside down. Another words the way of thinking is not serving a purpose but turn your thoughts the other way and you may gain a different view over the world.

Angel cards only serve as a message to us but until the event happens only then does it become clear. I guess that's why they give guidance rather than a straight yes or no! 🤔

If you could go back in time what would you say to the 6 year old you? ⌚

I remember I had so much positivity at this age, so many dreams of what I wanted my life to be like. Who I wanted to be when I grew up. I look back and I see pure love and innocence of a 6 year old who hadn't been conditioned by life's events yet.

The spirit world is still connected to us and always is but at age 7 we simply get busy and we don't feel that instant connection anymore.

I'm very fortunate because as a lightworker I reconnected and got it back. Therefore it's my purpose to help others connect again, get in touch with the 6 year old you. The one who had dreams and inspiration.

No harm connecting to the inner child when all seems lost. For they are the real you, before life happened.

In life when the dark clouds come, know that soon they will pass and the sun will once shine again.
