FC Ballers

After our little under 6’s playing on monday it was back up to ITFC with the under 8’s on friday for what was another excellent afternoon of football.
The boys played some excellent stuff saving their best performance against the ITFC side. We had plenty of goals scored by Coby, Tommy, Isaac, Rue, Jaylen & Teddie.
Our little man of the matches as chosen by ITFC coaches were Coby and stand in keeper Teddie 👍

We wrapped up our half term games this morning when Kesgrave visited us. The boys again served up some excellent football with goals coming from Sonny x 3, Teddie and Braylen ⚽️
Man of the match was shared between Riley and Ray.

Thanks to Ipswich Town and also Kesgrave for playing their part in allowing us to get our players some game time roll on the next school holiday ⚽️

Execellent evening of football that all the boys enjoyed. Plenty of goals, skills and most importantly smiles on show.

Some of our players that are now attending Professional Clubs Centre of Excellence centres.
Each player has their own strengths but all of them show the desire to improve and the willingness to take on board the tips and advice we give them.

Another good session with our over 9’s this evening coming on very well 👊

Some of our players enjoyed at afternoon at Ipswich Town FC this afternoon. Putting in a some great performances. Well done to all involved 👊

We then had our GK and Under 8’a training this evening. Under 8’s working on creating spaces whilst attacking with the GK’s focusing on hand and body shape.

We now plan for our visit to play Norwich City FC on the 20th of this month.

Monday nights sessions were really good this evening.
The little Mini Ballers keep impressing use of hands was at a minimum and they all seemed to enjoy the game of hit the coach with the ball this week.
Under 8’s produce another high level of training the skills session is coming on again 👍⚽️

Mini’s and U8’s tonight and super impressed again with both groups.

Mini’s working on using both feet and enjoyed a game of cops and robbers before having their first ever match with the focus on finding space which Noah and Ollie got top marks for. Best penalty of the night went to Reggie ⚽️

The U8’s worked on skills to start with and have made massive progress over the past 3 weeks. We then took these into a little team exercise where we witnessed rainbow flicks and all sorts👏 before finishing off with some 1 v 1 multi goal game play. Top work all round especially from Lenny, Alex and Hunter 👊

Been super impressed with young Theo.
3 weeks ago he turned up for his first ever football training session and has shown great commitment and really wants to improve, he takes everything on board and is a really good little player 👏

Big developments coming from the FC Ballers Academy today with our first games against Professional clubs all agreed 👊
We are looking forward to them and hope the players selected can showcase their talents.
